Are you ready for some dodgeball? FUSE Church is putting on its first ever Charity Dodgeball Tournament benefiting the Nicole Ganguzza Foundation. More than 500 people are expected to attend this event. The tournament will include dodgeball, live music, food, games, and giveaways.
Proceeds fro this tournament will go to the Nicole Ganguzza Foundation. Nicole Ganguzza was the UCF student who tragically lost her life during an evening run at Blanchard Park in June. Nicole, a UCF student, spent a lot of her time counseling couples, families and individuals. Her dream was to provide counseling to these individuals regardless of their economic state. Each year a great deal of people struggle with mental health disorders and cannot receive the counseling that they need. The Nicole Ganguzza Foundation will fulfill Nicole's dream of providing mental health counseling to anyone who may need it.
Come out and root, root, root for your favorite team on September 27, 2008 starting at 9am at the gymnasium of Orlando Baptist Church located just south of Lake Underhill on Semoran Boulevard. The tournament will include more than 75 teams and will be refereed by officials. The teams will be comprised of a variety of community and professional groups ranging from UCF students to firefighters and paramedics. The top teams will be awarded trophies and prizes. The competition will be accompanied by performances by more than five local bands. In addition to LIVE music, the tournament will feature raffles, games, and televised college football games.

FUSE Church is a branch of Orlando Baptist Church. FUSE caters to college-age and young professionals in the greater Orlando area. The Saturday night service provides young adults with the opportunity to have a niche place to worship. The FUSE service also features contemporary music and addresses contemporary issues that young adults often encounter.
